Job Description
Experience – 1 to 3 years in L1 support or similar role Strong knowledge of LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Hands-on experience with Linux commands, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios Experience in database querying and performance tuning Basic understanding of Redis caching mechanism Knowledge of API debugging and integration support Exposure to virtualization platforms (Proxmox or similar) Understanding of networking basics, load balancers, and switches Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment (if required) Being You at Sinch
