Team Manager

We are seeking a forward thinking, dynamic and motivated leader, with experience of managing change, to join us in the health visitor leadership team as a Band 7 Team Manager. As a Team Manager you will be working as part of the County leadership team, leading and managing a skill mixed team and supporting them to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. You will be part of an integrated team, working with our partner agencies to build community capacity and promote place-based work to meet the needs of our 0-5 population.
