Our Innisfil/Barrie Terminal is a dynamic and growing logistics company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We value teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.

We are currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Dock Worker to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, primarily utilizing a forklift. You will also play a key part in maintaining an organized and clean dock environment and ensuring accurate handling of all shipments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift.

• Excellent punctuality and attendance are assets. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers.

• Positive attitude

• Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

• Familiarity with electronic scanning equipment.

• Safety certifications beyond forklift operation.
