The job

As a Russian-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will review moderation decisions across different channels and workflows to ensure platform policies are applied consistently, accurately and fairly.

This is a quality-focused role suited to experienced content moderation professionals who enjoy analytical work, decision-making and maintaining high operational standards.

The position is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Reviewing moderation decisions across multiple workflows

• Ensuring policies and guidelines are applied consistently

• Supporting operational quality and moderation accuracy

• Identifying trends and areas for quality improvement

• Handling sensitive online content professionally and objectively

• Escalating unclear or high-risk cases when necessary

• Collaborating with moderation and quality teams

• Participating in a 4-week onsite training programme

Your qualifications

• You are fluent in Russian and have strong English skills.

• You have previous experience in content moderation (required).

• You have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• You can apply guidelines objectively and consistently.

• You are emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content.

• You work well in structured environments with clear quality standards.

• You are comfortable working with moderation tools and digital systems.
