The job

As a Hebrew-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will review moderation decisions across multiple workflows and channels to ensure accuracy, fairness and consistency.

This role is ideal for experienced content moderation professionals who are ready to move into a more quality-focused and analytical position. You will help maintain high moderation standards while supporting overall operational quality.

The role is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Reviewing moderation decisions across different channels and workflows

• Ensuring policies are applied consistently and accurately

• Identifying quality trends and areas for improvement

• Supporting operational quality and moderation standards

• Handling sensitive online content professionally and objectively

• Escalating unclear or high-risk cases when needed

• Collaborating with moderation and quality teams

• Participating in a 4-week onsite training programme

Your qualifications

• You are fluent in Hebrew and have strong English skills.

• You have previous experience in content moderation (required).

• You have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• You are able to apply guidelines consistently and objectively.

• You are emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content.

• You work well in structured environments with clear quality standards.

• You are comfortable working with digital systems and moderation tools.

• You are able to complete background and right-to-work checks.
