Job Description

• Drives and coordinates finance transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of projects to improve finance processes, systems, and ways of working
• Manages day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP, BI, automation) aligned to the transformation roadmap
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation
• Supports operating model redesign, including roles, governance structures, and finance capability development
• Leads change management activities — communications, training, and stakeholder readiness
• Acts as liaison between the Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders
• Maintains portfolio governance, documentation, and provides data-driven insights to leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and digital enablement
• Strong project management track record — on time, within scope, across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms
• Change management experience, including communication and training support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in international or distributed team environments is a plus
