Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, handling enquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Manage and respond to email correspondence
- Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
- Process Building Control applications through to completion
- Prepare legal documentation using our bespoke software system
- Accurately enter and manage financial data within internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team to maintain productivity
About You:
- Strong IT skills with accurate and efficient typing ability
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Previous administrative or office-based experience is desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
