Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative focused on improving end-to-end business processes, systems, and customer experience. Operating within a centralised process and transformation function, you will play a key role in bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams by eliciting and translating requirements into clear functional outcomes.

This position will involve facilitating workshops, mapping current and future-state processes, and contributing to functional solution design across complex enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate closely with process specialists, architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions, while supporting traceability, testing, and business readiness activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs
• Strong functional analysis capability, including requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience in process mapping and modelling (e.g. as-is/to-be, BPMN, Visio)
• Demonstrated ability to run workshops and engage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience working across complex system landscapes (BSS/OSS or similar highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
