Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the strategic architect behind a high-visibility partnership in the automotive technology sector. This is not just a backlog management role; you will bridge the gap between global business strategy and complex technical execution, specifically focusing on DMS (Dealer Management System) integrations and API ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Product DNA: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally within high-growth tech environments or platforms. You should have a track record of "owning" a product/feature rather than just managing a backlog.
Platform Expertise: Strong background in Platform Products, specifically focused on back-end logic and API-driven integrations (DMS or complex system experience is a plus).
Ownership & Independence: A self-driven profile comfortable with owning complex and technical discoveries end-to-end — someone who can figure out how to understand unfamiliar domains and fill knowledge gaps autonomously.
Technical Partnership: Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams to navigate technical feasibility and ensure optimal implementation of features.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at analyzing complex data sets to validate hypotheses, prioritize demands, and support strategic product moves.
Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and global business stakeholders. Comfortable with client interactions and presentations.
Language Mastery: Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with international teams and clients.
Agile Proficiency: Solid knowledge of modern product management tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Mobility: Availability for international travel (e.g., project kickoffs and workshops in the USA)
Nice to Have
Experience leading other Product Managers or acting as a mentor in a Senior/Lead capacity.
Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive industry, dealership management industry, and OEM integrations.
