We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our global Marketing team. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for transforming data into strategic insights that support business decision-making.
This professional will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data, building executive dashboards, and developing strategic analyses using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Databricks. The role also requires close collaboration with global stakeholders across B2C and B2B Marketing teams, contributing to the company’s analytics maturity evolution.
Responsibilities
Short-term
- Become familiar with the B2C Marketing concepts, metrics, and KPIs used globally across the company.
- Analyze existing dashboards and indicators, creating high-level documentation for business rules, metrics, and data sources.
- Support the restructuring and migration of dashboards into new analytical models and formats.
Mid and long-term
- Structure, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Create executive dashboards and strategic KPIs to support decision-making.
- Develop analytical models and business analyses that generate actionable insights.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across B2C and B2B Marketing teams.
- Automate analytical processes and routines to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analyses and reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Data Analytics professional, or related roles.
- Experience with data analysis in Marketing environments, preferably B2C.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with Databricks or other modern data analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in global environments and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of analytics process automation.
- Experience with performance metrics and marketing funnel analysis.
