What you’ll do

Lead the Charge: Direct and mentor underground crews in the installation of fiber optics, conduit, and cables.

Master the Site: Oversee excavation, trenching, and boring operations with a relentless focus on precision and safety.

Solve Problems in Real-Time: Navigate blueprints and site challenges, ensuring projects stay on track and under budget.

Be the Face of Quality: Ensure every foot of infrastructure meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Safety First, Always: Champion a "Zero Incident" culture by conducting daily safety briefings and site audits.
- Additional Plus: Oversee and coordinate specialized underground operations; previous experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) is considered a significant plus for managing complex bore path layouts
What you’ll need

Proven Leadership: Experience managing crews in underground utility construction (Telecom, Power, or Gas).

Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of directional boring, trenching, and utility locating.

The "Safety Mindset": Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a track record of keeping teams safe.

Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex blueprints into clear instructions for your team.

Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must - Having a CDL or willingness to obtain one is preferred!
- Preferred Qualification: 1+ years of hands-on experience with pneumatic or directional drilling equipment and a deep understanding of underground utility locating and drilling fluids
