Maintenance Technician II with 2-bedroom unit(MiLA-1219)

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with a 2-bedroom unit (available August 2026) to work at MiLA, a 90-unit affordable family and disabled/special needs property in Los Altos, CA. HS diploma/GED/equivalent preferred. Must have a valid DL. Candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including electrical and plumbing. HVAC preferred. Salary range: $20.60- $33.20 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $20.60-$26.90 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Please note that a cleaning deposit is required and employee will be responsible for utilities.
