As an Audio DSP Engineer, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team working at the intersection of acoustics, embedded systems, and signal processing. You’ll contribute to the full product lifecycle - from concept and prototyping to integration and optimization - helping deliver outstanding audio performance.

You will work on different embedded platforms(Bluetooth system-on-chip as well as DSP cores), combining in-house development with the evaluation and integration of third-party solutions.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop, simulate, and implement audio DSP algorithms for embedded systems (i.e. headphones and audio devices)
  • Design and integrate audio processing solutions, ensuring performance, quality, and manufacturability
  • Tune systems based on measurements and customer requirements
  • Define system requirements, interfaces, and quality criteria
  • Actively scout and prototype new concepts and support feasibility studies
  • Troubleshoot audio-related issues and continuously optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders

 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Signal Processing, or similar
  • Hands on experience in embedded audio DSP development (consumer or professional audio).
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ , MATLAB and Python
  • Solid understanding of audio systems (e.g., microphones, headphones, loudspeakers)
  • Experience with measurement, tuning, and debugging of audio systems
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
