Safety Specialist II (Dallas/East Texas)

The Safety Specialist II provides front-line Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) support across an assigned operating region, with a strong focus on telecom and fiber installation and construction operations. This role is a key member of the regional HSE team and supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s HSE Management System.

The Safety Specialist II works closely with field crews and operational leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, client, and internal safety standards while promoting a strong, proactive safety culture. This position requires regular field presence and hands-on engagement with active construction sites.
