Seasonal Picker/Packer - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.50/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with overtime including Saturday (6:00am-4:30pm) Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Utilize the Jennifer system to accurately pick items based on order requests Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and labeled correctly Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or order issues Adherence to all safety policies  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
