Job Description

Τα Εκπαιδευτήρια «Ο Πλάτων» αναζητούν Προπονητή/Προπονήτρια Κολύμβησης για τη στελέχωση του Summer Camp, με παιδαγωγικό προφίλ που συνδυάζει υπευθυνότητα, ενθουσιασμό, άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και αγάπη για την άθληση και την εργασία με παιδιά.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα συμβάλει στη δημιουργία ενός ασφαλούς, ευχάριστου και δημιουργικού περιβάλλοντος, ενθαρρύνοντας τη συμμετοχή των παιδιών σε αθλητικές δραστηριότητες και την ανάπτυξη των κολυμβητικών τους δεξιοτήτων.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων κολύμβησης για παιδιά διαφορετικών ηλικιών και επιπέδων.
• Επίβλεψη και διασφάλιση της ασφάλειας των παιδιών κατά τη διάρκεια των δραστηριοτήτων.
• Ενθάρρυνση της συμμετοχής και ανάπτυξη θετικής στάσης απέναντι στον αθλητισμό.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα του Summer Camp για την ομαλή λειτουργία του προγράμματος.
• Επικοινωνία με γονείς και υπεύθυνους του προγράμματος όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

• Πτυχίο ΤΕΦΑΑ με ειδικότητα στην Κολύμβηση ή αντίστοιχη πιστοποίηση.
• Άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος όπου απαιτείται.
• Εμπειρία στην προπόνηση ή εκπαίδευση παιδιών.
• Γνώση κανόνων ασφαλείας σε υδάτινο περιβάλλον.
• Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον:

• Πιστοποίηση Πρώτων Βοηθειών.
• Προϋπηρεσία σε κατασκηνώσεις, αθλητικά camps ή εκπαιδευτικούς οργανισμούς.
• Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
