The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help drive our goals by:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment and utilities.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives while ensuring EHS compliance.
Key Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- ITI in Electrical or Electronics with 8–12 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLC-controlled machines, pneumatics, hydraulics, AC drives, conveyors, and robotic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
