Director of Corporate Marketing

The Director of Corporate Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, creative direction, and execution of all corporate marketing initiatives for Pegasus Residential.

This role serves as the steward of the Pegasus brand and is responsible for ensuring consistent brand positioning across all corporate communications, digital platforms, recruiting initiatives, public relations efforts, thought leadership programs, and business development support.

The ideal candidate is both highly creative and highly execution-oriented. They possess the ability to develop compelling marketing strategies, create differentiated campaigns, and successfully execute initiatives from concept through completion
