This role sits at the forefront of AI innovation, focused on building and scaling a next-generation platform that tests Generative AI-powered IVR systems through real automated phone interactions. You will own the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution, launch, and continuous optimization. The position requires deep expertise in AI/ML product development and a strong understanding of how generative AI systems behave in real-world production environments. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to deliver a highly technical and impactful enterprise product. This is a strategic, high-ownership role where you will shape how companies validate and improve conversational voice AI at scale.
