Quality Intern

Job Purpose AAK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-on experience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and data management. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant academic program and has a strong interest in quality assurance, food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to) The duties of the Quality Intern include but are not limited to: 1. Data reporting, digital transition of analytical testing results, and statistical monitoring 2. Regulatory updates (newsletters, presentations, trackers) 3. Customer statement review for AAK global compliance and US regulatory compliance 4. Global QFS management system standardization support 5. Quality/Regulatory research and reporting
