Manager - Project Management

Design, implement, and operate the organisation’s delivery governance framework, PMO systems, and portfolio controls to ensure strategic initiatives are executed through disciplined, scalable, and data-driven governance processes. This role is responsible for establishing and administering PMO tooling, governance workflows, portfolio reporting, delivery standards, and approval processes across product, project, and transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery teams to embed practical governance, portfolio visibility, investment traceability, and operational reporting capabilities across the organisation.
