Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must hold an active Colorado insurance license or be willing to obtain one. Pre-licensing education and support will be provided.
- Live in the state of Colorado.
- Hold a valid drivers License.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using modern technology tools and software to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, meetings, and smart follow-up.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new insurance contracts across auto, life, home, and more.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored insurance proposals and financial plans that drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leverage modern technology and industry knowledge to stay compliant, informed, and efficient throughout the sales process.
- Cross-sale with current clientele. will receive a commission on what you have sold.
