QA Commercialization Supervisor - Poultry

Purpose (Objective): This position will manage and improve the satisfaction of Franchisees with the quality of products received by managing the overall compliance of the different products to the agreed specification. The Commercialization Manager must actively engage with Suppliers by routine visits to production facilities and consistently collect feedback about the overall satisfaction of the technical support provided by QA and the improvement of the perceived quality of products received, including but not limited to size and count variations. Main activities: ▪ Manage the quality complaints reported by Restaurants and Guests. ▪ Visit Suppliers to assess the compliance to the specification of products received. ▪ Provide technical support and clarification of quality expectations defined by approved specifications to Suppliers. ▪ Coordinate with the testing lab the compliance to agreed Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs). ▪ Elaborate reports to present the compliance performance of the products to RBI QA Managers. ▪ Other related duties as needed.
