Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS) is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a logistics warehouse in Calgary, AB.

Position Requirements:
- Oversee janitorial staff, Site Supervisors, and Shift Supervisors
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards; take corrective action as needed
- Resolve client concerns and prevent recurrence
- Recommend or coordinate additional services such as equipment repairs, replacements, or periodic work
- Train staff on CCS quality and safety standards
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safe operating procedures
- Use technology tools to complete checkpoints, close deficiencies, order supplies, and manage work order
- Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices, including sustainable products, tools, and equipment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
