Compensation Package
- $1,500/day guaranteed (8-hour day)
- Min 35% of adjusted collections (draw model, excluding hygiene)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 at start + $5,000 after 90 days)
- Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
