What You�ll Do

  • Guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey-from first tour to move-in
  • Present apartment homes and community amenities with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Execute lease agreements and collect deposits accurately
  • Maintain model units and ensure the community is always tour-ready
  • Conduct daily inspections to uphold curb appeal and property standards
  • Process applications, verifications, and screening requirements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and current residents
  • Follow up on leads using effective sales techniques (phone, email, in-person)
  • Maintain accurate leasing data and resident records
  • Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local business partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies

What We�re Looking For

  • Strong sales or customer service background required; leasing experience preferred
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Bilingual a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using technology (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
  • Professional, polished, and team-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
