Pay: $18.99�$21.21/hr + shift & weekend differentials

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Advocate for resident needs and comfort

Requirements:
- Current Indiana CNA certification
- Passion for senior care and resident well-being
Schedule & Pay:
- Nights - Part-time or Full-time
- Rotating weekends & holidays
- $18.99�$21.21/hr based on experience
- $1.50/hr shift & weekend differentials
