Global D-Commerce Performance & Analytics Manager

Job Description

  • Own global performance reporting and executive dashboards — harmonising KPI definitions, revenue and trade measurement, and cross-market comparability
  • Integrate external market data (Nielsen, Circana or equivalent) to track category growth, market share, pricing benchmarks and competitive dynamics, delivering actionable insights to commercial teams
  • Define global PDP and content standards, establish digital shelf scorecards, and monitor ranking and conversion drivers including AI-readiness of product data
  • Own the global Retail Media reporting framework (ROAS, TACoS, Incrementality), enable cross-market investment benchmarking, and connect A&P spend to net revenue outcomes
  • Identify SKU opportunities, support business case development, and feed platform insights into the global innovation pipeline — defining data-backed scaling criteria for online-driven launches
