Job Description
• Enable the end to end deployment of the Global EY Badges program, including project management and day to day operational delivery.
• Supervise the virtual Badges Review Network administrative team.
• Build and sustain trusted stakeholder relationships, confidently managing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, clarity and responsiveness.
• Provide support to learners and query management.
• Manage and maintain internal program assets, including the EY Badges website content, learner support guides and the global Viva Engage community, ensuring information is accurate, current and engaging.
• Lead reporting and analytics, using data to inform leadership discussions, track performance and promote program impact.
• Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of the program, identifying insights, innovations and new opportunities to enhance the learning experience.
• Propose practical, scalable solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the program.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate and standardise processes to drive operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Leverage AI tools as part of day to day work to improve personal productivity and proactively suggest opportunities where AI can add value across Deployment teams.
