Campaign Manager
Kyivstar Big Data team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimization of targeted and triggered campaigns across telecom and digital channels to achieve customers’ goals.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and translate business needs into campaign requirements, including objectives, target segments, messaging flows, KPIs and timelines
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle: design, setup, execution, and ongoing support
• Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Create campaign performance reports, user engagement analyses, and customer success case studies
• Provide consultation and training to clients, partners, and internal teams on best practices for campaign design, targeting and management
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a media agency or in-house marketing role (e.g., Media Manager, Campaign Manager)
• Experience working with databases, marketing analytics and performance reporting
• Familiarity with marketing effectiveness analysis, lead generation and financial performance indicators
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregation functions) is a strong plus
• Understanding of CRM systems integration for campaign execution
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
