Job Description

Your Responsibilities 

  • Identify incorrect postings, stalled workflows, missing approvals, or deviations from the global process template 
  • Trigger and track required actions with internal stakeholders until resolved 
  • Proactively flag recurring issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained 
  • Escalate and follow up critical cases end‑to‑end until closure 
  • Oversee the query management handled by the external partner — ensure proper categorization, prioritization, and timely resolution 
  • Support supplier communication on escalations (missing data, disputes, invoice corrections, payment clarifications) 
  • Align with internal teams to secure approvals and information required to process invoices
  • Accounts payable reconciliation 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice‑to‑Pay / Shared Services or AP performance control 
  • Solid understanding of Invoices processes since GR/IR until invoice posting
  • Exposure to payment run processes and vendor master data governance 
  • Experience SAP FI/MM 
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical, structured, detail‑oriented
  • Good communication skills

  • Proactive attitude
  • Organization and prioritization skills

Additional Information

Keenfinity Salary Range

From 25 000€ - 30 800€ (depending on experience) + equity
