Drive secondary research to build foundational knowledge for primary market research and strategic analysis.
Review and refine materials for primary market research including screeners, discussion guides, quantitative surveys, and stimuli.
Supervise qualitative and quantitative interviews with HCPs, KOLs, and payers to extract actionable insights.
Prepare and lead client calls, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Develop and present high-impact client deliverables including strategic decks, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and optionally Python/SQL (preferable)
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and quality delivery.
Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
