Back to jobsA bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance. MBA from top business school will be a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy related work preferably real estate consulting, Real Estate advisory firms, or Real Estate development.
CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification will be preferred.
Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, real estate valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, and/or market research.
High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance.
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work fast-paced environment.
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region, when necessary.
