Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist - Integrated to join our team. In this role, you will help orchestrate B2C marketing campaigns by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional partners and supporting execution across digital and print channels. The role partners closely with Creative, Digital, Merchandising and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality work and optimize campaign performance. Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate also brings familiarity with the education system or classroom environment.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Supporting integrated marketing projects from planning through launch and post-campaign review, maintaining clear timelines, priorities and cross-functional alignment
- Owning the integrated marketing calendar, keeping it accurate and accessible to support visibility and coordination across B2C initiatives
- Owning the web marketing calendar and planning, ensuring it remains accurate and accessible for cross-functional partners and highlights key B2C initiatives

- Managing web and app execution for major campaigns and business priorities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery through close coordination with Creative, Merchandising and E-commerce teams
- Developing web marketing strategy and incorporating web plans into overall marketing plans, aligning with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Leadership, Creative and E-commerce prior to execution
- Submitting and managing requests to Creative and E-commerce teams to support asset development and execution across the website and app
- Supporting creative workflow and quality assurance by prioritizing work effectively and ensuring final assets meet brand standards and deadlines
- Partnering closely with Creative, Merchandising, E-commerce and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution across campaigns
- Collaborating with Analytics to define success metrics, review performance and apply insights to improve future campaigns
- Supporting review and approval cycles for web and app campaign assets, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely progress toward launch
Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role; experience may include a combination of work experience and education
- Experience managing marketing projects or campaigns across cross-functional teams, with a focus on timelines, execution and delivery, particularly within web or content planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel data manipulation and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the education system/classroom
- Retail, loyalty and e-commerce experience
- Experience using Figma, FigJam and Workfront

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $29.57-33.90 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
