- Schedule: Tuesday � Saturday | 8:00 AM until route completion

Levin Furniture is looking for a skilled and customer-focused In-Home Furniture Technician to join our team in Bedford, OH. In this role, you�ll help ensure our customers receive the highest quality products and service by inspecting, repairing, and restoring furniture in customers� homes and residential settings.

Position Summary
The In-Home Furniture Technician is responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and repairing merchandise while maintaining high standards for product handling, safety, and customer service. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a residential work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, evaluate, and repair furniture merchandise
- Perform repairs on wood, fabric, leather upholstery, and bedding products
- Follow safe and secure material handling procedures
- Report documentation errors or discrepancies to supervisors
- Complete paperwork and digital photo documentation accurately and neatly
- Maintain organized and accurate customer parts inventory
- Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service abilities
- Basic reading comprehension skills
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Mastery of wood, fabric, and leather upholstery repair
- Bedding inspection certification in accordance with manufacturer guidelines preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift 50�100+ lbs. repetitively
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers by phone and in person
- Ability to use a computer and read documents/screens regularly
