About the role
Are you a Salesforce professional ready to move beyond feature-level ownership and contribute at architectural level? Would you enjoy working alongside experienced colleagues, including a CTA, while shaping complex, enterprise-scale solutions?
In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce architecture within complex client environments, combining hands-on expertise with strategic solution design.
What you’ll do
Contribute to and shape end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural consistency across the platform.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable and robust solution designs.
Define architecture concepts (data model, security, integrations, deployment), clearly explaining trade-offs and long-term implications.
Design and implement solutions using the right balance between declarative configuration and custom development.
Design and oversee integrations with external systems using established patterns
Work in an augmented delivery model, leveraging AI-enabled tools and Salesforce capabilities to improve solution quality.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and AI advancements, actively contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
Act as a technical lead within projects, mentoring colleagues, reviewing designs, and promoting best practices.
Work in agile or hybrid environments on long-term, international projects (primarily Western Europe), across various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Commerce).
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field.
8+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ) and awareness of emerging capabilities (e.g. Agentforce, Data 360).
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, including data modelling, security, and integration patterns.
Hands-on technical background (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) to support informed architectural decisions.
Experience designing and evaluating integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Proven ability to act as a technical lead and mentor.
Professional working proficiency in English; French and/or German are a plus.
Willingness to travel within the EU.
