Job Description

Determining and specifying data for automatic payroll accounting taking income tax, social insurance, tariffs, legal and company-specific regulations and specifications into account. Processing and preparing documents related to payroll accounting. Carrying out account reconciliation and supporting external payment transactions. Recording, updating and managing staff data relevant for payroll accounting in the SAP and Navision systems, updating staff files; Carrying out and checking payroll accounting and correcting faulty specifications, making supplementary entries if necessary; Determining and specifying data for automatic payroll accounting as well as checking and correcting automatic bank transfers if necessary and monitoring reversal transfers; Checking social insurance obligations (e.g. when someone starts employment, extends a contract, goes on parental leave, unpaid scholars etc).; Ensuring accurate global and local payroll reporting in accordance with business and stakeholder needs; Preparation of earnings certificates, specification of data for notifications to the social insurance agencies. As well monitoring, specifying, changing time data in the automatic time recording system; Carrying out account reconciliation at the end of the fiscal year together with financial accounting. Also monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of payroll data to local authorities and within FORVIA HELLA group.
