Break down pricing components: Contribute to price testing against market benchmarks, solution benchmarking for differentiation, and positioning strategies based on client willingness-to-pay.
Support commercial model design: Help evaluate input-, output-, and outcome-based models to accelerate client value while safeguarding EY’s margins.
Conduct research and benchmarking: Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing insights, and economic indicators to refine price positioning and value articulation.
Drive activation of best-practice pricing tools and templates across pursuits: Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing assets and support continuous improvement initiatives; mentor junior team members for tool adoption.
Team coordination and mentoring: Provide guidance to junior team members and coordinate onboarding activities.
