Job Description
Prepares soups and sauces (cream, vegetable and clear soups and cream, brown and tomato sauces). Works broiler, sauté, banquet and pantry stations as necessary. Uses basic cooking methods including sautéing, braising, broiling, stewing and baking. Performs other duties as assigned.
