Job Description
Position Purpose
To support the commercial coffee origination strategy by negotiating, purchasing, and developing a strong and diversified supplier network, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute negotiations for the purchase of parchment coffee and green coffee (excelso) across different regions of the country.
- Increase purchase volumes through the development and strengthening of long-term commercial relationships with suppliers.
- Lead and manage purchase points, ensuring cost efficiency of the location and compliance with quality-based purchase targets.
- Promote and manage the use of certified coffee supply chains in accordance with LDC’s defined standards.
- Analyze the domestic market and provide relevant information to support commercial decision-making.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for both the purchasing and sales areas.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the coffee sector.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the domestic market to identify business opportunities.
- English level B2 (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics or Finance (preferred), Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
