Assist with developing scope narratives
Coordinate project requirements though the undertaking of meetings, scheduling of project activities, and transition schedules
Interact with teams in the development and coordination of project documentation and project implementation requirements
Help develop standard policies and procedures
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and consultation processes and develop options and strategies for projects
Coordinate working groups and project teams, support in the development of project plans, identify and assess challenges, limitations and opportunities while mitigating risk to our clients
Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented
Support the development of an operational readiness plan and leads to success on day one of operations
Regularly report on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records and other reports
Integrate people and activities (eg : dependency management, risk management…) to perform project work according to approved plan based on timing, scope and budget
Assist the project manager in reporting towards leadership by creating and implementing required dashboards and reporting
