Coordinate with technical teams to design integrations, extensions, and reports.
Deliver user training and workshops for key users and super users.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices within the Business Central ecosystem.
