Scaled Agile delivery capability (e.g., SAFe, LeSS): PI planning, dependency management, and cross‑team coordination
Strong delivery management across scope, schedule, RAID, governance, and benefits/value tracking
Stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, and Technology with clear, executive‑level communication
Data‑driven delivery using metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) and forecasting techniques
Data and Automation delivery experience (e.g., Python, Alteryx), driving measurable efficiency and control uplift
Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps / CI‑CD collaboration models, and quality & testing practices
Finance domain knowledge (controls, reporting, budgeting, cost management; regulatory awareness) is an advantage
Risk, compliance, and audit‑focused delivery mindset suited to regulated environments
Proven delivery experience in complex, global matrix organisations
Strong tooling and reporting capability (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
