We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our team to support the delivery of our financial strategy and growth plans.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially focused finance manager, with a hands-on attitude and strong attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement and business performance.
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
You will be responsible for owning the group P&L and management accounts, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing high-quality financial insight to support the JoJo leadership team in delivering profitable growth.
Working closely with stakeholders across Retail, E-commerce, B2B and central functions, you will provide clear analysis and challenge to support trading performance, while ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to business priorities.
A peek into your daily adventures:
P&L Ownership & Management Accounts
Own the group P&L, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of reporting
Lead the monthly management accounts process, delivering timely and insightful outputs
Provide clear variance analysis, linking financial performance to trading drivers
Ensure strong linkage between P&L and key balance sheet areas (e.g. stock, accruals)
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts
Own and maintain the group forecasting model
Work with stakeholders to build robust, bottom-up plans
Business Partnering & Commercial Insight
Partner with senior stakeholders across Retail, E-commerce, B2B and central functions
Provide insight on:
Sales and margin performance
Channel profitability
Cost efficiency
Support decision-making on pricing, promotions, and investment
Performance Reporting
Own delivery of:
Trading performance reports
KPI dashboards
Development of trading data insight and analysis
Continuously improve reporting to focus on insight and action
Team Leadership
Lead and develop Management Accountants
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and commercial thinking
Skills that make you shine:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in commercial finance within a retail or consumer business
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with data tools is advantageous
