Ortho Registered Nurse

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): - conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health - monitor vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditions -
