Job Description

  • 8-10 years of overall IT or Solution Architecture experience, including enterprise solution design, integration patterns, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale business systems.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE experience, covering configuration, customization, solution design, and implementation across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Strong business process knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles across industries — including lead management, opportunity management, quotations, order capture, service requests, aftersales support, customer lifecycle, and revenue-related workflows — and ability to map these processes onto D365 CE capabilities.
  • Experience working with customer engagement and service-oriented industries where O2C plays a critical role, leveraging D365 CE modules to enable sales cycles, service delivery, customer onboarding, case management, or field service operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration technologies such as REST APIs and Azure services.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead requirement workshops, translate business needs into scalable D365 CE architecture, and provide advisory-level insights to business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
