Job Description

  • Deliver end‑to‑end New Zealand payroll implementations in SAP SuccessFactors ECP, including hands‑on configuration, go‑live, and hypercare support.
  • Lead payroll functional design, translating business and legislative requirements into compliant system configuration and payroll processing logic.
  • Act as the SME for New Zealand payroll compliance, covering PAYE and IRD payday filing, KiwiSaver, leave and entitlements, terminations, and off‑cycle payrolls.
  • Lead payroll testing, cutover, and go‑live activities, including SIT, parallel runs, UAT, data validation, and reconciliation.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical teams to support delivery, EC to ECP integration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
