Design scalable EC solutions for multi-entity and complex organisations, supporting concurrent employment, global assignments, and strong data governance.
Deliver and supported integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Off/Time Tracking, and other SuccessFactors modules.
Support testing and deployment phases including SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and go-live readiness.
Provide functional leadership across HR, Payroll, and IT, mentoring junior consultants and supporting post–go-live optimisation.
