Manage engagement economics, timelines and stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functional EY teams (strategy, tax, modelling, SPA, integration) to deliver an integrated transaction solution.
Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to capability uplift and a high‑performance, deal‑driven culture.
