To achieve this, we are seeking for a Functional Consultant under our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team. Our Consulting team is part of EY’s Europe Central cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  

  • Lead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting. 

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. 

  • Configure system modules, define workflows, and perform functional testing in collaboration with technical teams. 

  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test scripts. 

  • Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. 

  • Work closely with developers to design and validate customizations, reports, and integrations. 

  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption. 

  • Participate in solution reviews, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and recommendations on process optimization.
